Small individual offices to large offices are housed at Banbury Place. Most professional office space for lease is located in Building D02. Other spaces have attached offices and there are some office tenants in building 13 on Galloway Street, as well. Tenants include back office operations, call centers, data centers, professional services, non-profit agencies, and other types of office tenants. Existing finished office spaces are available and build to suit arrangements can be accommodated for larger tenants. Our OMNI Officenter provides administrative support, common reception area, small conference room, copy services, and other support for small companies.
Most retail space for stores and businesses who rely on walk in traffic and retail sales are located in Building 13 along Galloway Street.
Throughout the Banbury Place facilities various sizes of warehousing space is available. Numerous truck docks and drive in doors accommodate distribution of all kinds. Freight elevators are available and well-maintained in multi-story parts of the facility.
Banbury Place began as a manufacturing facility for tires and much of the facility was designed for manufacturing and warehousing. The site is designed to offer 3 phase power and heavy duty floors, doors, and finishes. Some spaces include overhead cranes, freight elevators, and other amenities for heavy manufacturing.

The Historic International Harvester building at Banbury Place was renovated to include modern loft-style living apartments in downtown Eau Claire. Apartment homes are available for rent as well as extended stay fully furnished apartments.
On-site heated self-storage is available for individuals or commercial clients.
